Engineered Cell-Targeted LNP
MagicRNA Engineered Cell-targeted LNP (EnC-LNP) is based on target factors conjugated with conventional LNP (cLNP), enabling LNP cargos (mRNA, DNA, Other Nucleic Acid Molecules) to access specific cells of the immune system, the central nervous system, tumor cells, and any cell of your interest.
EnC-LNP maintains similar characteristics, stability and morphology to cLNP, achieves efficient target-cell delivery in NHP, and the precise design of the targeting factor supports an achievable CMC.
EnC-LNP has demonstrated good cell specificity and excellent delivery efficiency at various doses in experiments on non-human primates (NHP).
- Cell-specific accessImmune cells, CNS, tumor cells and other cell types of interest.
- Multiple cargo formatsmRNA, DNA and other nucleic acid formats.
- NHP validatedEfficient delivery and specificity demonstrated in non-human primates.
- CMC-ready designPrecise target-factor design supports scalable manufacturing.
Ionizable Lipid Nanoparticles
MagicRNA holds a comprehensive ionizable amino lipid library composed of more than 15,000 lipids. MagicRNA LNPs feature appropriate particle size and PDI, high encapsulation efficiency, excellent morphology and druggability, with freeze-thaw and long-term stability.
In C57BL/6 mice, MagicRNA LNPs exhibit higher expression levels in both intramuscular (I.M.) and intravenous (I.V.) injection compared with commercial lipid (MC3, ALC-0315, and SM-102) LNPs.
- >15,000 lipidsComprehensive ionizable amino lipid library.
- High entrapment efficiencyAppropriate particle size and PDI with excellent morphology.
- Stable by designFreeze-thaw and long-term stability comparable to SM-102-LNP.
- Higher in vivo expressionCompared with MC3, ALC-0315 and SM-102 LNPs in mice.
